Services

During this time of COVID-19, St. Paul’s is continuing to protect its parishioners and the local community from the spread of the virus. We will not be holding any in-person worship services, fellowship gatherings, or formation events. During this difficult time, St. Paul’s has responded with new innovative approaches to ministry:

  • Rev. Kate is holding Morning Prayer online Monday through Saturday. The videos can be found here

  • Bishop Rob will be holding Sunday online worship services at 9:00 am. Details and links for those services can be found here.

  • Worship music from the St. Paul’s music ministry can be found here.

  • Way of Love Small Groups and other formation gatherings are using the free online video conference call service Zoom. Contact us if you’d like to receive our weekly Friday email update.

  • We strongly encourage everyone to make use of the wonderful resource that is the Book of Common Prayer. If you don’t have a copy at your home, you can access an online version here.

  • Bible bedtime stories with Rev. Kate are available here. Please contact us if you’d like to receive our twice weekly family resource email.

We are so looking forward to the day we can all gather in person for worship again!

What to Expect

Come as you are: We invite you and your family to dress in whatever way you feel is comfortable and appropriate. At St. Paul’s there is no set dress code – some parishioners come dressed in their “Sunday best” while others prefer more casual attire such as jeans and a nice shirt. The same goes for children.

The Service: St. Paul’s service of Holy Eucharist is found in the Episcopal Church’s Book of Common Prayer (the red book found in the racks behind each pew.) Our liturgy includes brief readings from the Old Testament, the Epistles (the letters of Jesus’ apostles), and the Gospel (the teachings of Jesus.) At St. Paul’s everyone is welcome to receive the Holy Eucharist (aka, Communion, the Lord’s Supper, or the breaking of bread) or, if you prefer, a blessing from the Priest.

We’d love to meet you: Following our 8:00 am and 10:00 am Sunday morning services, you are most welcome to join us in the Parish Hall for coffee, juice, and snacks. On the second Saturday of the month, we welcome you to join us for a light supper and Game Night, following the 4:30 pm service. You are always welcome to stop by the office during the week (Monday-Thursday, 9:00 am – 4:00 pm and Friday 9:00 am to 2:00 pm), give us a call at (603) 224-2523 or contact the office via email.

Frequently Asked Questions: If you’re new to the Episcopal Church, or to St. Paul’s, we understand you must have many questions. More information can be found on our Frequently Asked Questions page.
